Are Nachtmann and Spiegelau products dishwasher safe?
Unless otherwise stated, all glasses are dishwasher safe. Do not overload your dishwasher such that glasses are colliding or vibrating again other utensils. If your dishwasher has a glass-insert, use it! Remove the glasses before the final rinse cycle begins otherwise traces of detergent residue can be left on the glass.

Is using my credit card secure?
Any payment transactions are encrypted using the 3Dsecure (SSL) technology. This encrypts the characters that you enter, converting them into code that is securely transmitted in sequence over the Internet.

Shipping

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Delivery times which we specify are calculated from the date of the order confirmation. With COD payments, then this time begins upon the earliest date on which the invoice amount arrives on our account. Provided that no different delivery time is specified, then please plan on 5 business days. There are limited operations in our warehouse between Christmas and New Year. Orders incoming might have longer shipment times.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, unfortunately we cannot pack your order as a gift.

What if my item is not available?
If the item you ordered is not available, you will immediately receive via email notification from us. Your payment will be credited to your account.

What if I cannot find the item(s) I want?
If you cannot find your favorite item(s), please contact us directly.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon reception of your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I add something to an existing order?
Unfortunately, no. Your order will be processed immediately. Any additions must therefore be sent in a new order.

How does the purchasing process work from a technical standpoint?
After you've placed items in the shopping cart, start the order process by clicking the button "Checkout. The shop will then ask you to enter the needed information to process the order. After confirming our general terms and conditions please select the option “Complete Order”, upon doing so, your order will be sent.

Is the purchasing-agreement saved, can I view this after the purchase?
Your orders are stored in our shop. You can view your orders at any time in the shop under "My Account" after logging in with your login information.

In which languages is the purchase contract available?
The store currently offers only the language to German and English.

How can I detect errors in the order process and correct them if necessary?
Anytime during the checkout process, you can change or correct entries already made. You may be requested by the system to correct data when it is is missing or incorrect. Only after selecting the button “Confirm order” is the data saved and the ordering process completed.

Is there an maximum/minimum order limit?
The maximum order value (excluding transaction costs) is 2000 euros.
For orders in German and Austria, the delivery charge is 6.95 €, for orders over 70, - € we offer free shipping.
For orders to Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, France, Monaco, Denmark, the delivery charge is 19.50 €. For orders to Finland, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Croatia, Liechtenstein, the delivery charge is 34.90 €. For orders to Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Iceland, the delivery charge is 59.90 €.
